RZ Olda Innovation AB is a state-of-the-art workshop located in Landvetter, just outside Gothenburg. With nearly 40 years of manufacturing experience, we have grown and modernized significantly since becoming part of the RZ Group in 2015.
Our move to Landvetter in 2022 provided us with substantial opportunities to expand and invest in cutting-edge machinery. Our workshop now includes 9 CNC milling machines (both 3- and 5-axis) and 4 CNC lathes, which, together with our exceptional team, meet the high demands of our customers.
We offer everything from prototypes to production series in cutting machining, as well as laser marking and assembly of complex products.
RZ Olda Innovation AB is both quality and environmentally certified. Our technical range, combined with our sister companies and geographic presence, gives us unique competitive advantages.
CNC machining
In our CNC department, we have a modern fleet of 13 CNC machines. We offer everything from 3- to 5-axis milling machines with pallet changers to lathes with and without bar feeders. Our CNC milling machines can process workpieces up to 2000x900x500 mm. For production series, we use pallet machines on the milling machines and bar feeders on the lathes. We work with a wide range of materials, including aluminum, brass, stainless steel, steel, plastic, and more.
Assembly
Our assembly staff has extensive knowledge in the assembly of mechanics, pneumatics, and more.
We perform assembly work ranging from simple tools to complex machines, handling everything from prototypes to production series.
Inspection / Quality
We perform inspections and measurements both manually and with a measuring machine in our measurement room. Our Hexagon Tigo SF measuring machine can measure point by point or against a CAD model, with a measurement volume of 500 x 580 x 500 mm (X/Y/Z).
Olda door fittings
We also have a dedicated department for manufacturing our own developed door fitting products under the OLDA® brand, such as automatic flush bolts for double doors.
