RZ Gruppen has established a whistleblower function through Whistleblower Partners, where you can report misconduct and irregularities. The purpose of the whistleblower function is to allow you to report any misconduct at RZ Gruppen anonymously. This may include issues such as bribery, fraud, theft, conflicts of interest, inappropriate side jobs, or other irregularities related to a work situation.

Who can be a whistleblower?

In addition to employees of RZ Gruppen, job applicants, interns, consultants, or others in a work-related context with RZ Gruppen are also covered by the whistleblower protection law.

What can you blow the whistle about?

You can whistleblow on misconduct at RZ Gruppen. To be protected under the whistleblower protection law, there must be a public interest in the reported issue. This may involve a person committing serious misconduct in their role that is illegal, unethical, or inappropriate. The whistleblower must also believe that the information is true and that it is work-related.

When should the whistleblower function not be used?

The function is not intended for more general comments on topics such as leadership, workplace environment, or operational planning, among others. It is also not suitable for reporting sensitive HR issues related to individual employees.
