RZ ZamPart has considerable expertise in machining, deep drawing, cold forging and sub-assembly, giving our customers the best methods for cost-effective and quality-assured manufacturing. The company is known for its high quality and delivery reliability, providing manufacturing contractor services to world-leading companies in the automotive, defence and other engineering industries. Our manufacturing comprises the full range from prototypes to continuous production.

Our large range of CNC machines can machine advanced, high precision parts weighing from a few grams up to several hundred kg in most materials, including aluminium, titanium, copper and stainless steel. The material may be bars, castings or forgings. Our 50–250 tonne eccentric and hydraulic presses cut, bend, stamp and deep draw products from strips or blanks.

RZ ZamPart operates 500–1,000 tonne hydraulic presses mainly for the cold forging of workpieces in aluminium and copper. To verify production quality, we use Coordinate Measuring Machines and other measuring equipment. Our materials laboratory performs hardness testing and tensile testing, among other tests.

Machine shop

The machine shop consists of about 60 machine groups covering an area of approx. 9,000 m². Investments are made on a continuous basis to maintain a modern, automated and sustainable machine shop. The company specializes in cutting and plastic machining. RZ ZamPart is certified according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and manufactures everything from prototypes to series production.
