The latest addition to the company's machinery is a Hyper Bending System (HBS) from the Italian machine manufacturer Starmatik, delivered by Din Maskin in Värnamo. In just 28.5 square meters, a competent robotic solution is housed, featuring a 40-ton press brake from SafanDarley and a 25kg Fanuc robot with pre-loading of sheet metal blanks to reduce cycle times.
"We are about to start a major project where this investment was absolutely necessary for us," says Christoffer Ågren, CEO of RZ INM Mekaniska. "This is our first automation, and it's incredibly interesting technology that we have integrated and are eager to continue developing further."
