RZ INM Mekaniska AB was founded in 1949 and today we have approximately 50 dedicated employees. We manufacture advanced sheet metal components in all materials and shapes. Our concept covers the entire chain from consultation to delivery, allowing us to provide both prototypes and large series. We strive to be a One Stop Shop for complex sheet metal components. This means that we help you solve your challenges—no matter how they look—in a simple, fast, and efficient way. RZ INM Mekaniska AB is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. 2D - laser
Our 2D laser department is equipped with two advanced laser machines, enabling high precision and efficiency in cutting various materials.
One of the machines is from Prima Laser, a leading manufacturer in laser technology. This machine utilizes fiber laser technology and is particularly efficient for cutting and processing metal materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheet metal. Fiber laser technology enables fast and precise cutting with high productivity and minimal material waste, making it ideal for both small and large series production.
The other machine is a CO₂ laser from Trumpf, renowned for its high quality and reliability. The CO₂ laser is highly versatile and can be used to cut a wide range of materials. It delivers exceptionally smooth cut surfaces and high detail precision, making it perfect for both simple and complex applications.
Together, these machines provide a wide range of capabilities to meet our customers' needs, whether for small or large series, complex geometric shapes, or specific material requirements.
Edge Bending
Our edge bending department is equipped with five modern press brakes, including a robot cell for handling high volumes. With a maximum working width of 3000 mm, we can efficiently process both small and large products. The robot cell allows us to automate and optimize production for larger volumes, resulting in lower costs and consistent quality. Our press brakes handle a wide range of materials, providing flexible solutions to meet the customer's specific needs and requirements.
Deep Drawing
Our stamping department is equipped with three high-quality presses from AP&T, with capacities ranging from 150 to 400 tons and a maximum work area of 1100×900 mm. With these machines, we can handle both small and large volumes. Our stamping department specializes in producing components with high precision and quality. With in-house tool manufacturing and extensive experience, we can offer cost-effective solutions for single prototypes or series production, making us a reliable partner for all types of stamped components.
CNC machining
I vår CNC-avdelning har vi en modern maskinpark med flera CNC-maskiner med upp till fyra axlar. Där vi bland annat tillverkar Pressverktyg och produkter i låg och hög volym. I våra styrda maskiner klarar vi av att bearbeta arbetsstycken om 2000x700x500. Vi bearbetar de flesta material såsom; aluminium, rostfritt, stål, plast etc.
Assembly
Our assembly staff has extensive knowledge and performs assembly of both mechanical and electronic components. We carry out all types of assembly work, from prototypes to large-volume series production.
Sheet Metal Processing
I vår plåtavdelning utför vi arbeten i stål, aluminium, rostfritt m.m. vår moderna maskinpark har vi til exempel rullvalsar, sågar, pressar för montering av bland annat pressskruv. Bultpistoler samt Punktsvetsar för svetsning av svetsmuttrar etc.
3D Printing
På vår teknik avdelning kan vi göra 3D-utskrifter och erbjuder innovativa lösningar för både produkter och fixturer. Genom att använda avancerad 3D-skrivarteknik kan vi snabbt och kostnadseffektivt tillverka prototyper och producera skräddarsydda detaljer som passar specifika behov. Vi hanterar både små och stora volymer och kan skapa komplexa geometrier som annars skulle vara svåra eller tidskrävande att tillverka med traditionella metoder.
Testing/Quality
We perform inspections and measurements both manually and with a measurement machine in our temperature-controlled metrology room. With our 7-axis measurement machine from Hexagon, we can conduct advanced measurements using laser scanning against CAD models.
We have extensive experience in delivering PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to ensure that our products meet the customer's requirements and specifications. By providing detailed documentation and test results, we guarantee the quality and reliability of each delivery, offering our customers peace of mind and full transparency in the production process.
