Fronius MagicWave TIG with wire feed as a power source.
The maximum object size is L = 600 mm W = 600 mm H = 500 mm, and the maximum object weight is 500 kg.
We TIG weld stainless steel and regular steel.
Robotic welding is ideal when many welding operations are required in a product, as it is three times faster than manual welding. In larger volumes, there is indeed a lot of time to be saved. Robotic welding also ensures a high level of uniformity and precision at high output, which most manual welding processes cannot achieve.
CMT welding is superb for materials up to 5 mm. It results in significantly less heat impact, with a lot less deformation in the finished product.
We handle all the development of fixtures needed for the objects to be welded.
